Executive coaching
I offer confidential, one to one coaching sessions to clients who want to deal with difficult issues in their professional life, improve their performance, strengthen existing skills or develop a better balance between their working and personal life.
Usually a coaching programme involves six, two-hour sessions over a period of six months. You set the goals you want to achieve. I will make sure that you stay focused on reaching your objectives through a structured programme of discussion, reflection and activity. Each session is designed to get the maximum value for you from the time we spend together, and after every meeting you will leave with a list of actions to complete before we meet again.
Dual coaching
The traditional form of coaching is one to one. Sometimes, however, joint coaching for colleagues who work closely together can be more effective than working with two people separately.
I have developed a new approach – dual coaching – which involves bringing both sides of a business partnership together for coaching sessions. Dual coaching allows people to build their working relationship quickly during the coaching process; it can ensure a shared approach to problem-solving and improve communication between different parts of a business. Dual coaching is an innovative and effective approach to problem solving and relationship building, which is proven to save time and resources.
Team training
Working with Two Rivers’ Associates, I can offer training courses or one-off events for people who need to develop their communications or assertiveness skills – perhaps because they regularly deal with members of the public, or have difficult business relationships to manage. I also offer training in the principles of dual coaching, so that companies can use this approach across their business.
I take part in Coaching for Schools sessions, where members of school staff are trained in coaching skills to solve problems and improve communication.
